No. User seats and branch locations are capacity limits, not monthly credits. A seat remains occupied as long as the user account exists in your workspace. Changes publish to your public page immediately. There is no cap on the number of services you can create.

How do I add staff and set their availability?

Data isolation between workspaces is enforced at the database query level — not just as a policy. Every record is tagged with your workspace's unique identifier. Every API request validates workspace membership before any data is read or written. There are no shared tables or cross-tenant queries. It is architecturally impossible for one studio to access, read, or modify another studio's data.

Can I have multiple branches under one account?

Can I transfer the Super Admin account to someone else?

Yes. The current Super Admin can transfer the purchaser account to another verified workspace user. The new Super Admin gets full billing, branch, users, and settings access. The previous Super Admin continues with whatever role they are reassigned — Admin, Manager, or Staff.

The appointment appears on the calendar immediately for all authorised users.

Yes. When creating an appointment, add multiple service line items. Each service has its own duration; the total appointment time is the sum of all service durations.
